Refund & Return Policy
We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused/unwashed/unaltered, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at simplelishmy@gmail.com and we will provide you with further information via email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at simplelishmy@gmail.com within 7 days with a snapshot of the defective/damaged/wrong item.
Replacement for incorrect/defective items will be done from us to you once we received your returned item.
Replacement is only for the same design in the same color and size.
Non Refundable and Exchangeable
Item cannot be returned if it has been worn, washed.
If color runs/ fades due to incorrect washing method/ soaked, item is strictly not returnable and exchangeable.
Color may varies due to monitor resolution and studio lighting used. Please allow 20% of color variation, it may appear darker or lighter. Color variation is strictly not returnable and exchangeable.
Discrepancy in measurement of 1cm-3cm will not be considered as a defect.
Exchange
Exchange is only for the same design in the same color.
Item must be returned in its original condition(unwashed, unworn, and unaltered). Exchange will be rejected if Item returned is not fulfill with these criteria.
Shipping fee will be charged for item which incurred in exchanging sizes -RM8 for West Malaysia, RM10 for East Malaysia
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Delivery Times (Ready Stock)
- Ready stock items will be shipped on the next working day after payment made
- Courier service : Pos Laju / J&T Express
- Delivery for West Malaysia normally takes 1-3 working days ; 3-5 working days for East Malaysia.
- Simplelish shall not be liable for any damage to or loss of any shipment or delayed delivery.
- For all unclaimed parcels by the customers that are returned back to us, the customer needs to pay for the shipping fee of the second delivery(West Malaysia RM8; East Malaysia RM10)
Delivery Times(Preorder)
- All PREORDER products might arrive earlier or later than the Estimated Time of Arrival(ETA) stated on each product description.
- We apologize that we are unable to promise the date of parcel to be shipped. Customers are required to check the order status in your account at our website
- Orders with a combination of ready stocks and PREORDER products will be shipped together once the PREORDER products arrived. Additional shipping fee may incurred if customer requests for separate shipments.
Shipping Fees
- Free shipping for orders RM80 or above (West Malaysia) and RM100 (East Malaysia). Order which is below R80 (West Malaysia) and RM100 (East Malaysia) will be charged RM8 and RM10 shipping fee respectively.
